These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thejourneyconcert.com and the salik recharge online services we provide (the "Services"). By initiating a salik recharge with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use our salik recharge online services you must (a) be at least 18 years old, (b) have legal capacity to enter into a contract under UAE law, and (c) hold a valid payment method. You must also provide a valid salik tag number when you recharge salik.
2. Account Registration
You may use Thejourneyconcert as a guest for one-off salik recharge online transactions, or create an account for recurring recharge salik features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any salik recharge initiated through your account.
3. Description of Service
Thejourneyconcert facilitates the top-up of UAE salik tags and prepaid mobile lines on Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE. We act as an intermediary between you, your card issuer, and the relevant clearing partner. We do not operate the Salik toll system; we provide the salik recharge online interface.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.
- The minimum salik recharge amount is AED 50.
- A small service fee may be displayed before you confirm any salik recharge online — never as a hidden charge after payment.
- Payments are processed by licensed UAE payment service providers. Your card issuer's terms also apply to every recharge salik transaction.
5. Salik Recharge Confirmation
A salik recharge online is considered complete when you receive an electronic receipt with a transaction reference. If your salik balance has not updated within 60 minutes of receiving the receipt, contact us so we can investigate the recharge salik request.
6. Refunds & Reversals
Successful salik recharge transactions are generally non-refundable, since the value is transferred to your salik tag immediately. However, we will refund:
- duplicate salik recharge online charges caused by a technical error;
- recharge salik attempts where the funds were captured but the tag was not credited;
- transactions confirmed as fraudulent after investigation.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 UAE business days to the original payment method.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to launder funds through salik recharge online flows;
- attempt to bypass our security or rate limits while you recharge salik;
- resell salik recharge access to third parties without a written agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content on Thejourneyconcert are owned by us or our licensors. The "Salik" name and gantry imagery belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe the salik recharge service we facilitate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Thejourneyconcert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays caused by salik clearing systems, mobile network outages, or third-party payment failures during a salik recharge online request.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the salik recharge online platform if we suspect fraud or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes related to any salik recharge or recharge salik transaction shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the salik recharge online platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
